Terms and Conditions for Using the Online Shop

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement, binding between the online shop and consumer (you) in connection with the services offered by www.wellnesslife.shop.
By examining the pages, touch the objects or links placed on the pages of www.wellnesslife.shop You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
To place an order to the online shop, the Customer must indicate:
- Valid e-mail address;
- Correct address for delivery of the goods and billing;
- Correctly completed data contacts- name and surname, phone.
Upon successfully completing an order the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. In the confirmation email stating the goods ordered, order number, date at which the order was made.
In case you order is not in stock and delivery and will require more time than scheduled, you will notified by email or telephone. If you do not agree with the new terms of delivery, the contract may be canceled.
Orders received without the correct data to the buyer or missing ones will not be processed.
Your order will be shipped within two business days. Back ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available without any extra charge.
Please note that orders are not shipped until full payment has been received. Once an order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or loss in transit. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
All prices shown on the website are in Bulgarian lev or Euro, Pound Sterling , Macedonian Dinar or US Dolar (please use selector at top of page to switch currencies) and include VAT at 20% and exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are displayed separately in the Shipping and Payment pages. We would require full payment for all international orders by Paypal or credit card.
Problems when performing the orders
Performance of the order may be prevented by following reasons:
- Ordered products are not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email message
- You have selected Paypal, but no payment or delay in payment.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete data delivery – name, address, telephone number, postal code.
In case of discrepancy between net and ordered products or the occurrence of inaccuracies our fault, we will assume the cost of subsequent return and replacement of non-conforming products.
For our foreign Customers we offer Payment by Paypal and Bank Transfer.
Information and products on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Delivery and receipt of the products
Delivery address: select in the ordering process after filling in address, name, zip code, preferred and further instructions.
Cancelation and return
You can return products purchased from us no reason to return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
– The products are in original packaging
– No evidence of use, deteriorated condition or spotting
– Include the original invoice or order with which you have received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document – fiscal receipt when payment on delivery or invoice as you wish)
– The cost of returning the products are at our expense
You can replace products with others of equal value. If you do not want a replacement you will be reimbursed for the products.You will receive your refund by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 business days from the date on which you inform us about your refusal to order. All amounts paid by debit / credit card, refunds on the same account (map) from which payment is made.
To use your right to cancellation, you must inform us (wellnesslife.shop, Wellness LIfe EOOD, Varna, Bulgaria, email: firstname.lastname@example.org) with a clear explanation (e.g. with a letter sent in the post, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this but this is not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another unique declaration to our email address (email@example.com). Once you have made use of this option, we will send you confirmation of the receipt of such a cancellation immediately (e.g. by email).
You can ensure that the cancellation period does not expire before you use it by sending the notification of your choice to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Complaints and questions
In case of manufacturing defect, which was established after the receipt of the product, the customer returns it at the expense of the online store and sent to another product as requested on behalf of the Seller.
Returns are accepted via email or other customer friendly way, the customer shall state the reasons for the lodged claim. Seller reserves the right not to accept the finding of the client, if it considers that the grounds for his complaint is unfounded or due to improper use by the customer.
